Rotating around different engineering departments, usually working on preventative maintenance activities and asset care.

Kind of. There's a lot expected of you but not enough opportunity to learn and practice your skills.

This is where the program falls short. Not enough focus on what skills apprentices need to learn, too much focus on moving departments and not on what to do when in each department

Not much anymore. Mostly just 'heres what you need to do next'.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not convinced to be honest. The qualifications feel very far removed from the job.
