Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working in Field sales on patch on secondment with power force going in store grocery stores in checking compliance, budling displays, checking fixtures and making sure Molson Coors products are showing up i store how they are suppose to.
driving value in different stores through correcting facings, resolving out of stock products and driving value in store.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

very welcoming and supportive environment perfect to build and develop skills perfect learning environment, the amount of opportunity develop and increase my productivity an drive to do well.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

well, we have clear rotations and clear gaols and development targets/ projects.
the only thing that could of been clearer is job rotation from the the second year and having more clarity around that.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

lots of support, we have lots of avenue of people who we can talk to a buddy system definitely helps as well has having 121 check in with our line managers but also 121 check ins with l&d team to have an extra check in separate from the team as well
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my skills coach is supper helpful and gives lots of support whenever needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

there are clear links to university work and day to day role, it helps to be able to connect and develop my uni work but also how i perform in my day to day role through communication etc.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes, we have lots of development days, i help out with festivals and events extra to my role and we have away development days for grads and apprentice which definitely help to network and share experiences with others.
