Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am working up to be a data executive, visualising data and completing tasking in excel like automation to help support the business. Also providing the business with data.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot, my projects are based on my workload so they go hand in hand.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've laernt how to visualise data in tableau, creating dashboards for the wider business. Also learning how to automation processes within excel.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised. I spent 4 hours a month online doing workshops and then writing up projects for my portfolio using my existing workload.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I recieve excellent support from my employer, I have weekly check ins with my manager and every 6 weeks all the apprentices and graduates have a call to catch up.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have access to my cohort coach at all times and there are plenty of 1 to 1 times and technical drop ins for support. I also attend group coaching every month.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I was brought on to do the apprenticeship in order to learn the role so they are directly related.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My team have in person team days every few months and we have a few meals out as well.
