Creating tailored dashboards for different parts of our sales team, while also helping in the management and maintaining of our data.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

While completed now while i was on the programmed I enjoyed learning new skills that could be relevant to my future career, while also being able to apply what I had learnt to my day to day work

How well organised/structured is your programme?

overall it was relatively well structured, i had 1 day every month where i would have an online class with a day each work week penciled out for me to work on coursework, this gave me a well structured week to work around
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received lots of support from my employer, whether that being extra time to work on coursework or assistance in practicing for my final exams
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There were various optional sessions available for my support from multiverse, some of them helpful and some not as much however
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification I earnt has helped me plenty in my role, teaching me the required skills and ensuring that I could get a foot in the door at my workplace

There are various inclusivity groups at our work, as well as other activities that our organised such as hiking challenges for charities

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Molson Coors?
For the interview simply be yourself, when hiring for apprentice roles the personality is always more important than the qualifications.
