I organized and ran trade events, shows and communications for the Off trade Customer Activation Team at Molson Coors. Working with key customers to ensure our brands looked best in class at every occasion.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was good, the monthly check ins were reallu useful. It was sometimes difficult to get work done alongside the day to day role and could have some changes to make things more easier but all in all i enjoyed the course.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned about working in the BWS industry and how to organise my plans annually in order to get the best result. I have gained quality communication skills with customers and built upon existing skills i had gained previously such as public speaking, sales accumen and teamwork.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very reliable from my trainer and also very flexible when needed. I think at times the course could have been better placed within the year so that it aligned with the less busier periods in the calendar year in the sales role ie. assessment periods.

I think i have taken some skills such as presenting into my role, but not so much the written assisgnents as they were more reflection based.

Yes we have social activities, sport events and books clubs etc.
