Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Molson Coors?
My experience at Molson Coors has been extremely positive. It’s a great place to work with a friendly culture, and joining alongside other grads has created a strong community. I really value the hybrid working model and the flexible benefit options. I’m proud to work for such iconic brands, and I’ve felt consistently supported by the Early Careers team and my managers. The role has a good balance between responsibility and independence, and the company’s values are genuinely demonstrated every day.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I’m currently in my first rotation in Procurement and I’m really enjoying it. The role is very project‑based, and I love being able to contribute to the team’s financial savings and wider objectives. I’m also excited to experience my upcoming rotations in logistics and gain exposure across the business.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
5/5
I’m trusted to plan, manage, and deliver my own projects, which makes me feel like a meaningful contributor to the team.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?
5/5
I feel very well‑compensated. The flexible benefits and opt‑in options are great, and perks like the product allowance are a brilliant addition.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?
5/5
Very well. I’m gaining hands‑on experience within high‑performing teams, along with opportunities for development beyond my day‑to‑day responsibilities, such as graduate‑specific projects, comprehensive training, and PDP opportunities.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?
5/5
Learning is a priority at Molson Coors. I’m developing new skills every day, supported by incredibly helpful colleagues and a well‑designed Early Careers training programme that covers a wide range of capabilities.

Experience & Company Culture

How is the support you receive?
5/5
I’ve felt very well supported. My line managers are my day‑to‑day point of contact and provide regular guidance, including monthly 1‑to‑1s to reflect, plan, and track development. The Early Careers team has also been a great source of support, especially for development and training opportunities. There are plenty of online resources available too. Overall, I haven’t felt anything was missing, the support structure is strong and accessible.
How is your work-life balance?
5/5
My work–life balance is good. The hybrid model, with two days in the office each week, works really well for me. My commute is around 45 minutes, a little longer than many colleagues. It’s manageable and allows me to continue living in Nottingham where I went to university. The structure supports my wellbeing and personal time effectively.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?
5/5
The culture at Molson Coors is genuinely values‑driven. The core values (Learn Every Day, Be Bold & Decisive, People First, Take Accountability, and Celebrate Together) are embedded into our check‑ins and 1‑to‑1s and are truly lived across the business. The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and very people‑focused; everyone I’ve worked with wants the best for you. The office itself is a great environment and I really look forward to the days I’m in.
How would you rate Molson Coors initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?
4/5
Molson Coors does this very well. There are dedicated groups that help connect people with shared backgrounds or experiences, and I personally found the company extremely accommodating during the interview stages. The office feels inclusive, and I feel the business takes ED&I seriously and authentically.
How would you rate Molson Coors CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?
4/5
Molson Coors places a strong emphasis on environmental responsibility. There is a dedicated sustainability team that provides guidance, and environmental considerations are integrated into the work I’m involved in. The company is clearly committed to continuous improvement, and sustainability is always part of the conversation.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Molson Coors to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend Molson Coors because it’s a genuinely supportive and people‑focused place to start a career. The culture is welcoming, values‑driven and encourages you to learn every day. From day one, I’ve felt trusted with meaningful responsibilities and supported through regular check‑ins, structured development, and an Early Careers team that really invests in you.
The hybrid working model creates a great work–life balance, and the benefits package is flexible and generous. The atmosphere in the office is positive and collaborative, and the teams genuinely want you to succeed. There’s also a strong commitment to sustainability and inclusion, which makes the company feel forward‑thinking and responsible.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
5/5
The role has matched my expectations. The recruitment process itself stood out compared to others I progressed with - it felt genuinely people‑focused, open, and supportive rather than gatekept or overly competitive. That experience translated directly into the reality of the role, where the culture, development opportunities, and level of support have all been even better than I anticipated.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Molson Coors?
Be yourself, be honest, and show genuine passion. Molson Coors values authenticity, so letting your real personality and enthusiasm come through is the best preparation you can do.
