Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role as a multi skilled engineer is to work alongside engineers and learn from them. I partake in mechanical and electrical jobs to develop my skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy it alot, I am happy to coem to work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes of course, I have developed as a person and my skills within engineer have grown too. I feel confident in the tasks I do from electrical installs and testing, mechanical repairs and machine work.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I believe the structure is good, it is however, growing still. As more apprentices come in, the scheme will amend and benefit further years to come.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive all the support I need and additional support too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
A fair amount, if support is requested it is given and I believe they make it fair for all to get equal support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Training Provider was very good in first year, after the first year it is just coursework, which isn't as transferable as skills based work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are always events going on. Recently I attended parliament with my company.
