Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed around 50/60% of the time during the apprenticeship.
A lot of it was it very theory based which I never really enjoyed as much as the physical side of the apprenticeship which I found more engaging

- a lot seemed like it was not planned and kinda felt like it was winged
- was provided some wrong information at times

TJX Europe is a safe and healthy environment in my opinion. The diversity in the company and completely widened my knowledge for all areas of adulthood and the progression oppertunities here and insainly powerful and management will support and push you to help you succeed in that.

- Get to know your peers / senior team as much as you can as quick as you can
