Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Supporting the team with business as usual tasks in the customer loyalty team which involved uploading rewards onto the eCom site and sorting the customer journey with activation emails that customers receive. In the customer relationship management team I briefed in and then coded marketing emails for our campaigns when the assets came back, before scheduling them. Amongst long term projects, most of which were related to competitor research and analysis.

I represented the team internally with stakeholdering and externally dealing with agency partners.
