Within my role I would communicate with customers and support them in using our software. This would involve setting up their system and troubleshooting any problems they come across

The programme was a lot of solo learning and work with monthly meetings with my mentor to cover anything I was struggling with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was very helpful and flexible in allowing me to focus on my apprenticeship work as and when I needed to. However during busier times of the year this was more difficult to manage

There is often social events going on within work and team members often meeting outside of work.
