This role involves being put onto multiple projects throughout the apprenticeship to experience different roles and team. This is while studying at DMU to gain a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very much. It is an excellent opportunity to gain a mix of practical and theoretical work. You get to meet loads of different people and have tons of opportunity to network

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, the company extensively supports you in professional development. I have learnt AWS Cloud, AI, Azure, and Power Platform fundamentals
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It took a while for my cohort to find their first project but aside form that quite well. We have good events on a regular basis to keep in touch with the other apprentices

All the support. The company even sponsors any qualifications you would like to undertake

Very much because you can choose the qualifications you want to take so they will only help you in your day-to-day role

There are countless opportunities. IBM has many practices and communities that anyone can get involved in. They also have events anyone can join nearly every day.
