It is a great way to get your foot into the industry as the barrier to entry is very low and people are really supportive to help you get the best out of the programme.

The programme is organised well and the university modules being blocks makes it easier to balance project work and university assignments.

A lot of support is available from fellow apprentices, line manager and project team.

We're treated as normal university students so we get access to everything a full-time student would have.

Show an eagerness to learn, passion in what you do and ultimately research the company to understand the type of people they look for.
