Managing an operation of call handlers, dealing with customers broken down in Europe.
managing service levels, coaching team leaders, managing spend and resolving complex breakdowns
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme, it really supported me and I believe helped in my career progression to a more senior role.
I enjoyed the modules and they were well suited to my previous role and my new role so I was able to continue the course

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed presenting skills, not only the delivery but ensuring the content is sufficient for the audience.
I have learnt more insight into the insurance market from completing ICA

The programme was well structured, I received great support from my tutor. The online learning platform is easy to navigate and includes lots of resources for me to help with the modules

I received great support from my employer, time to complete tasks and projects to support me in completing my modules
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor was very helpful and supportive. When completing functional skills I also had separate coaching sessions for Maths which were so helpful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it has supported very well in both my previous role and my new one
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I am included in social activites and charity events and will this weekend be participating in the wolfrun with my colleagues

Great progression, the AA are aways innovating which is great to be a part of. The people I work with are very supportive and friendly, there is always someone to help in any aspect. The AA put alot of support in place for peoples wellbeing and I think it is a great place to work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
Research the company and the values, enjoy your journey and always ask for support to help progression
