Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My Role was to do administrative tasks such as updating records, producing documents, sending emails, taking phone calls. I also done some assisted compliance vists in relation to the licensing act 2003 and the gambiling act 2005.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found my programme very intresting and I culd see the clear progression in my work through the programme. I was also provided a lot of support in the completion of myt programme by both my employer and training provider.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned many administrative skills such as the ability to produce documentation accuratley, the ability to taks phone calls and the ability to send emails. This has helped me to improve both my verabl and non verbal communication skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was well structured tasks became increasingly more difficult the more I progressed during the apprentcieship.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was always willing to allow extra time for me to complete tasks and this helped me greatly to progress through the apprenticeship.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I recieved lot of support from my training provider in order to successfully complete the course. THye gave me all the tools I needed and prepartion for my EPA.
