Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Managing car insurance claims and settling third party credit hire claims.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
It's extremely time consuming and stressful but worth it when you see the results you achieve.
The effort = the result.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Negotiations skills and learning / using case law

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
Started very well structured and organised, as time has passed towards the end you are considered on your own.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Anything I have asked for I have been given. The employer has been fully flexible with my needs and requests.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
As mentioned initially the support was brilliant. As we move through the apprenticeship, it appears to have gone full blown 'do this yourself' which is fine if you are organised and dedicated like myself but many others feel very lost.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It has a small impact at this level. If nothing else, I have used it to amend conduct and how I approach the tasks and build rapport with colleagues in the professional environment.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
N/A
