To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
My programme is informative and really helps with getting a foot in the door, I enjoy some of the learning and the relationships that can be created, I hope theres a critique section for improvements. The sense of accomplishment when assignments and expanding my portfolio. the workshops are also very infomative and is a great experience

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
improved my customer communication using a professional tone, and my ensuring that I always talk directly to the customer.
I have developed new relationships with colleagues and suppliers which is a new experience, I have also learnt about raising purchase orders, what they mean, invoicing and how it works.
I have also greatly developed by It skills and knowledge including software knowledge and hardware

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The programme from by work side is really well structured however from the apprenticeship it feels a bit to chaotic for my liking, the workshops are well structured, but the coursework feels a little chaotic and so does the understanding of where I am and where I should be or need to be other than numbers on a website called ecordia which mean nothing to me
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I have received a great amount of support from my employer, they have offered me all the time I need and actively avoid interfering in my apprenticeship other than to provide support and keep up to date with my work. they have also offered new learning experience's to help including case studies and further opportunies to learn
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My training provider does offer me a lot of support including external help as I tend to struggle especially with planning out essays and reports, they offer a way to manage my portfolio work, bi weekly appointments
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that my qualification greatly helps with understanding who my shareholders are and how they relate to my work, a greater appreciation of how intricate all the other departments are and how they function
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
at my work there are specialist groups however they are mostly just identity groups based on ethnicity/sexual orientation or mental health related, unfortunately mental health related one just seems to be more of a support group, however there are seminars occasionally but they are largely irrelevant
