I am the senior maintenance engineer responsible for the maintenance of all the production equipment that we have. Tasks include carrying out planned and breakdown maintenance, and following all the correct procedures. I also manage a small team that works alongside me.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

as i am an older leaner i have enjoyed leaning new skills that have helped in my role. also it was a great achivement to pass my maths and english functional skills

as i am doing the Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship v1.2 this has helped me lead my team in the correct way making sure that i am managing the team correctly
