Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role was to facilitate, plan and organise the recruitment process for all Interns, Apprentices and Graduates at IBM. This includes: screening, planning assessment centres, facilitating the assessment centres, arranging final interviews etc.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
More responsibility than I thought, even when talking with Uni tutors they were shocked at how much responsibility I was given.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I was given a Foundation Manager who couched me, helped me get everything I wanted out of my placement and more, whilst liaising with my university. Also my task managers who are my "proper" managers who gave me my tasks and who I reported to daily. But also my wider team and the great network I built.
