Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role is to support the various HR Partner teams across the organisation.
A key element of my role is to extract people analytics data, manipulate the data in excel and presenting the data and insights to the relevant stakeholders.
There is also an element of administrative support to the HR team.

I have been given many opportunities to hold responsibility within my role. This ranges from owning specific processes to being responsible for extracting key data.

I have learnt and developed new skills during my time at IBM.
The biggest learning curve for me was learning about the importance of people analytics data in business. This led to the development new excel skills and skills within IBMs HR data management tools.

There were great levels of support across my internship. I had support from my Foundation and task managers, HR mentors and graduate mentors.
