4/5
It is well structured - however it's not entirely clear how the 'roll off' the apprenticeship works - but for now very happy.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots of support - never worked anywhere like it. Wellbeing is a priority and always supportted, and flexibility is greatly appreciated during big life events.

4/5
Good levels of support - weekly teachings in a small group. Tutor is very responsive over email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

You aren't always covering topics that are involved in your direct line of work, however you are able to work in these areas if needing more experience. I have learned good techniques in decision making and prioritzation that I have already implemented in my work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes loads in each hub - I even set up my own group that the organisation funds and allows me to gain experience coaching my colleagues in an extra curricular activity.
