Well structured - have a task manager and foundation (early professional) manager.

Early professionals manager is always easy to reach out to, and we have frequent catch ups. Employer is also considerate about workload from university studies.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

University provide materials online, and schedule tripartite review meetings to discuss any concerns or support needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Provides me with a basic understanding of IT Consultancy topics, such as Project Management and Business Analysis, which are applicable to working on an IT project in a team with others.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

IBM has several foundation communities, such as the females community, that host several events. There is also events where we can volunteer with as well.
