Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Communicating with client to get requirements that are passed onto junior management consultants to make tickets on the project board. I then code the features/fixes in the repository and review other peoples work if necessary.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am happy that it was the right choice for me and much prefer it to standard university degrees.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learned JavaScript, SQL, Vue.js, Node.js, and a little AWS, K8s and Docker. ArgoCD and Travis. Project manager skills and mentoring.

It is fairly well structured, however some organisational issues
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Manager is nice and supports wherever I need help. Goes over time in meetings with me when talking about career progression and what I need to do to improve my path.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not very much, however the support hasn’t been needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not very much, as I have learned most of it in my role
