Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I do full-stack web development for an internal resource management tool.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The university work is okay. It's all virtual so it gets quite repetitive, and the little time to complete the learning, assignments and general admin can make it stressful. All in all it is worth it though

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Improved leadership and teamwork skills. Gained experience building client relationships and full-stack development

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Well structured, you always know what is going to happen when
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
A lot, they answer any questions you may have and are always available if you need anything
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Response can be delayed but they always get back to you eventually. The delay doesn't matter too much as you are only doing uni related work one day a week
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
They are definitely linked, but I often find that it's my role that helps me perform better in my uni work rather than the other way round
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
At work there is always some sort of social or networking event happening at some point
