I have learnt a huge amount of skills during my CIPS apprenticeship like negotiation skills, tendering and contracting, understanding and enhancing commercial position of the company, etc.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

CIPS Level 6 as apprenticeship has only been introduced a couple of months before I started it and there is still a lot of questions and unclear guidance about End Point Assessment from CIPS themselves.
