As a Junior Delivery Manager, my role revolves around ensuring efficient project execution by overseeing reporting, resourcing, and tracking outcomes. A key part of my responsibilities includes managing AI initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and reducing the time spent on tasks. I work closely with various teams to optimise workflows, and ensure smooth delivery.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have truly enjoyed every aspect of my apprenticeship, from learning and exploring new opportunities to building a meaningful network. The experience has allowed me to develop valuable skills, gain hands-on exposure, and connect with inspiring professionals, making it a highly rewarding and enriching journey.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have enhanced my skills in stakeholder management, prompt engineering and AI-driven process optimisation. I have also developed expertise in reporting, resource planning, and outcome tracking. Additionally, my involvement in DE&I, Wellbeing, and People Engagement has strengthened my leadership and people-focused skills.

My programme is extremely well organised, with clear structure and guidance at every stage. Our foundation managers have been incredibly encouraging and supportive, ensuring we have the resources and opportunities to succeed. Their mentorship has made the learning experience smooth, engaging, and highly beneficial for my professional growth.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive excellent support from my employer, with guidance from mentors, foundation managers, and colleagues. They provide valuable resources, training, and regular check-ins to ensure my development. Their encouragement and commitment to my growth have created a positive environment where I feel empowered to learn, contribute, and succeed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My course is primarily self-study, but I receive great support through regular seminars that provide guidance when needed. Additionally, success managers are always available to assist, ensuring I stay on track with my qualifications.

My qualification provides valuable knowledge and skills that directly enhance my performance in my role. The learning content aligns well with real-world applications, helping me develop a deeper understanding of key concepts

There are plenty of extra-curricular activities to get involved in at work. I participate in the Early Professional network, EMRACE community, and lead work experience programmes. I'm also involved in GenAI initiatives and support wellbeing initiatives, all of which provide great opportunities for networking, learning, and community engagement.
