I work 4 days a week on my project where I am a PMO. On this role I help with engaging ecosystem partners, the finances of the project and Social Value. 1 day of the week is for my apprenticeship work
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme. It has been a great opportunity to learn off of some well experienced individuals as well as seeing results from my work

I have learnt many skills both hard skills and soft skills. Everyday I feel like i get the opportunity to learn and progress by being trusted to take on new responsibilities

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support, I can always reach out when needed. I also have monthly meetings with my Program manager, apprenticeship manager and Apprentice buddy which allows me to cover all areas of concerns or questions
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My qualifications are mainly essay based and then courses. However, I still feel supported as we always gain valuable feedback and guidance as well as being able to reach out at any time
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it certainly makes a difference it allows me to understand all roles and aspects of my project that I may not have first hand experience on
