To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Mostly enjoyable, especially the work that I am involved in. However, the apprenticeship course itself is not that enjoyable.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - especially in Linux, Docker and AWS. Also further developed existing web dev skills.

Good support from lecturers and others from the university. Helpful in answering question I have regarding modules, assignments etc

Excellent company to gain real-world industrial experience, very multi-cultural, lots of different perspective and people to learn from, also good work-life balance.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Must be able to demonstrate your willingness to learn and adapt, also show what makes you stand out compared to others.
