Pretesting, dispensing, collections, booking people in for tests and hearing tests, giving advice, admin, referrals, arriving people, frame selection
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy working here and learning along side it. The people are all lovely and kind and i get the apprenticeship time i need. The knowledge is all applicable and useful

I sent my own learning time with the store so i get 4 hours a week. Calls are all booked in advance and timed to suit the store.

They let me do what i need to do and are always on hand to answer any and all questions i have regarding my learning

I recieve a lot of help but only when i need it which works well for me. Im independant in my learning but when i need help or advice theyre always on hand and ready

It gives all the knowledge i need to perform my role well and ensure i know what i need to know. It will also help me moving forwards in my career
