As an Inbound Telephony Mass Affluent Colleague, my day-to-day role involves providing exceptional customer service and financial support to mass affluent and Personal banking clients over the phone
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme and how it allows me the time to develop my knowledge around my bank and how we fit into the banking system as a whole

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt to develop my communications skills, improved my knowldge aroung regulation and prioritsed my own development in my role

The programme is structured very well and suffient time is given to complete tasks thoroughly
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Excellent support is provided by employer, am allocated sufficint time off the phone to complete my tasks and the support from my line manager to develop further has been amazing.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have monthly catch up sessions and a review each quarter. I was also given additional support when stuidying for my Charted Banker Institue exam which was invaluable. I know support is there whenever I need it which is reassuring.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My knowledge around regulation helps me to understand why we have certain policies and processes in place. I have learnt valuable skills to enhance my customer interactions and communication skills. it makes me want to develop myself further.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

As a team we are involved in social activities outside of work and there are lots of events held onsite we are encouraged to get involved in
