Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role involves working on the counter, customer facing and serving customers with cash and quiries. This means having a deep understanding on cash flow, and customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoyed the program, my assesor was a huge help and it gave me a new level of focus. It allowed me to feel as though my job had purpose and I was learning massively on the job.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learned so many new skills on the apprenticeship, more so surrounding risk. This has come from the Pbc exam, which I passed first time. My new increased knowledge on risk has assisted me to be proactive when helping with the closure processes.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is very easy to follow, and the structure of it allows you to focus on one thing at a time. It is very clear on what progress you are making.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
My employer was supportive of my apprenticeship where possible, obviously the exact time cant always be facillitated due to staffing. My mentor was always great at pushing my employer for more time where needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I recieved amazing support from Lynn my training provide, no question was ever too silly. She listened, she helped fight my corner and most importantly helped me get the results I deserved. She always made time for calls even if I wasnt due a schedualed one.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Mostly risk, I feel that I have such an increased level on this field now. This has all been possible through the pbc exam.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I have recently become a charity ambassador for the pool, where we discuss how we can best support the LBG charities. I also have been to an event where we attempt to recruit other LBG employees
