Great culture and collaborative atmosphere and plenty of room to develop skills makes it rewarding and enjoyable.

4/5
Absolutely, covered a lot from DevOps, Cloud and GenAI to Agile practices and soft skills.

4/5
Some units could have a more suitable assessment format but otherwise it's structured well.

There is a great support network and the company is very well acquainted with apprenticeships and there's many opportunities for early professionals to grow and excel.

5/5
There's 1:1 help available if required from both skills coaches and lecturers. Extension system has been great when deadlines have overlapped with busier periods at work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Although some units don't correlate directly to my role, it's good as they can lead to better insight on other roles and objectives within the organisation and be able to see other perspectives.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There's a tight knit community with regular socials, events and activities in Manchester office.
