Why?
IBM has a really nice culture and from my experience most teams and management are helpful.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Do your research on the company; who they are working with and what they are creating and not just the high profile projects. My advice would be to learn as much about GenAI as you can, beyond the basics if possible.
