customer service daily answering calls and front of house . taking measurements and helping customers choose the correct fit glasses for them and helping advice them to the best of my knowledge
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

my enjoyment has been ok throughout the programme because if i have been stuck with anything i felt i always had someone to turn to. i just think sometimes advisors need to look at the individual as i am a mature leaner and sometimes felt i was treated like a school leaver
