Every day is different for me depending on the tasks I need to do. Sometimes I go to the office and sometimes I work from home. Involves meetings, initiatives, external and Internal promotion of IBM.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as everything that I'm currently study at Northeastern directly applies to the role that I am in.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt more python skills and to test AI models and LLMs. I have become good at anything that has to do with GenAI My presenting skills have refined a lot from the roles and opportunities I've been involved in. I would say my overall soft skills have improved.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is well organized but when it comes to finding roles, that's something that the early professional has to do for themselves, the managers can't find roles for you. Sometimes I wish they gave more study days because sometimes we feel like one study day is not enough if you want to get a good grade.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve a lot of support and even coaching from my employers, people are always willing to help you in whatever you need, you just have to ask the right person.
