Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I work both as a developer and a consultant working on deliverables for a public sector client. I advise on feature feasibility and technical solutions when needed, as well as collaborate with the wider technical team to work on deliverables.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy my day job and the opportunities that are available to me to grow my skillset. I'm not a great fan of the training provider's course however due to the way they measure coverage of KSBs across the apprenticeship.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt how to communicate with stakeholders and present to both technical and non-technical audiences when required. I have built on my existing technical skills to deliver solutions which meet the needs of the client.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Whilst the course as a whole is generally relevant to my skillset and industry, the KSB coverage 'modules' are completely irrelevant and just an extra few assignments a year that I would prefer not to do just as the other training providers do not.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
