Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Managing infrastructure projects being deployed into a live production critical national infrastructure system. This involves working through all stages of the project life cycle from consulting with the client, to delivering the project and eventually closing off the project.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

IBM ensure that apprentices are treated with respect and are valued members of the team. This ensured that my time on programme was thoroughly enjoyable

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed a plethora of new and existing skills throughout my apprenticeship. IBM has allowed me to ensure I act with integrity and professionalism with everything I do. I have also developed technical capabilities during my time.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

IBM ensured that there was a structured learning plan that took me through from the beginning to the end of my apprenticeship. My foundation manager was always there to help with any queries regarding logging learning time, learning courses and portfolio writing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Both foundation managers and task managers have supported me in a way that has allowed to me develop as a professional more than I could have imagined

It has allowed me to develop the skills necessary to communicate, manage and consult with clients and project teams to successfully delivery critical projects.
