Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend IBM to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I have enjoyed my time here and hope to work here for the future and would definitely recommend to anyone who was like me, didnt know what to do with their career and needed some structure and a defined end goal to go for a degree apprenticeship
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
build rapport and make the interviewer feel like they are engaged in a casual conversation more than an interview, for the group sessions try and standout but dont undermine others to do it, try have some prior experience in the field no matter how little, even a small project goes a long way
