MMU in my third year are well organised (lecturers) and can adapt and structure the programme to your needs. IBM is in the same position where they are well organised and structured .

3/5
My line manager offers a great support system in place and I feel comfortable coming to him whether work issues or personal issues. My task manager is also great and very understanding.

4/5
I have a skills coach and she is superb! Always happy to give advice where needs be and makes you feel listened to and understood.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It helps me understand other parts of the business. For example, coding - where I better understand colleagues in IBM who work in this field.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Mostly down south in London, Manchester not so much. I think when we move to the city centre however, I'm certain this will change.
