I work with Key stakeholders on my project to resource the correct people for the requirements needed. I organise the documentation needed on both the client side and IBM to ensure they meet the required standard.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved that I was not treated differently as an apprentice and was spoken to with the same respect as another member of the team. I was also given the time to ask questions to expand my skills.

I have done both of these, there are many skills that I have learnt new and as well as softer skills that I have been able to devolop over my time as an apprentice

Very well done! I knew what was expected of me, who to go to if I needed support and where my learning was to expand my skills
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer were supportive of my apprenticeship however I feel this maybe changing due to the change in leadership
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have check in often to ensure I am progressing and can ask any questions I need to. However everything I need is very easy to get too
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There were lots of skills that I learnt and devoloped over the time of my apprenticeship that I use everyday in my role. As I am involved with lots of area's the knowledge I have gained means I can understand what is happening in these areas

There are many communties that we can be involved in at any time not just in our apprenticeship but our career as well
