Assist the Release & Configuration Manager in guiding Associate Release Managers, ensuring governance, tracking Scrum Team progress, and improving processes. Mitigate release delays, support compliance, and coordinate with client teams. Drive process improvement, DevOps, and automation initiatives while managing internal and live release plans for seamless delivery.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while gaining hands-on experience. The programme has helped me grow professionally, particularly in process improvement and mentoring. I appreciate the balance of practical work and learning, which keeps it engaging. Collaborating with different teams and stakeholders makes the experience dynamic and rewarding. There are challenges, but they provide valuable learning experiences and opportunities for growth.
