Assist the Release & Configuration Manager in guiding Associate Release Managers, ensuring governance, tracking Scrum Team progress, and improving processes. Mitigate release delays, support compliance, and coordinate with client teams. Drive process improvement, DevOps, and automation initiatives while managing internal and live release plans for seamless delivery.

I enjoy the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while gaining hands-on experience. The programme has helped me grow professionally, particularly in process improvement and mentoring.
