Yes, I have learnt how to program, work with AI and cloud- and gotten a lot of industry and professional experience.

relatively- its quite hard navigating being a consultant but we have enough support.

i think its great for an early professional. and whether they decide to stay or leave- the experience and knowledge they would have gained at IBM will ensure a good foundation for any future venture.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
apply with plenty of time as application takes a while- to a point grades dont matter- its about you as a person and your willingness to learn- be open to meeting new people as networking is at the core of everything IBM does- it ensures opportunities roles and a good time overall at the company.
