great support, especially as someone with a disability, they have gone above and beyond in ensuring i have the tool and support i need, and check in with me regularly

Why?
They have a good culture that pushes importance of moving ahead and progressing and improving. The benefits are good and personally i enjoy the team i work with and the work that i do.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
Ensure the team and culture are the right fit for you and the hours and work pattern suit your needs. Having some level of passion or interest in the role will allow you to enjoy the other aspects of work and take opportunities to develop your skills, but you do need to drive this and not expect it to happen by being passive.
