I get to do independent learning which means it is fully flexible and can fit in amongst my schedule, whilst also getting to participate in group learning sessions, allowing me to learn with and from my peers

The AA have been massively supportive of me throughout my apprenticeship, giving me both the time and opportunities I need to make the most out of my programme
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My skills coach is always on hand to provide support and the provider offers support with other life and career skills outside of my qualification
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
