How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
I am on a bespoke plan - the training provider has had numerous problems with my account and have failed to give me updates on rescheduled lessons. The training provider has not allowed me a balanced work/study/life balance - feel rushed all the time given they are harder modules.

I have a day off every week to study plus time off to attend lessons. They have always reached out to me to see how I am given the amount of work required for this apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not much - it's a case of 'this is it, take it or leave it'.
The tur=tor has been very helpful and offered extra sessions should we need extra time to better understand to course content.
