Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Helping customers deploy and use their software. Working on additional projects that support business goals
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The people are fantastic and are always willing to help you. My experience has been limited to one department as it is difficult to change

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
Product Specific Skills for the area that you specialise in. Soft skills are developed during customer calls and training courses. Other skills are developed through additional projects you find

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Work side is well organised, however we can struggle to reach all the KSB's for our programme, the compamy has set up sessions for knowledge building, less so for practical applications.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
Support is available, but you do need to be able to self-advocate for this support and find it from multiple sources.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
University seminars are during work day so are difficult to attend, 2 seminars every 6 weeks. Faculty are available by email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I don't always feel that it is very relatable to my role, this is course dependent and would change on a department to department basis
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
I have been able to attend events hosted by the company, business partners and other external providers. Regular events are organised by the early professional team
