Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend IBM to a friend?
Yes
Why?
IBM does have a big focues on growing and developing your skills which is extremely helpful at the start or a career. They also do create a relatively safe enviroment where you can express yourself (while being professional) but that is of my own personal opinion.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Some advice...
Be yourself, IBM is not just looking for the best qualified person. They want to see a human being a person, within the workplace there is a lot more to what makes a good employee then simply being good at your job.
