4/5
Very organized, As im learning on live projects, i learn what needs to happen in this day and age relating to regulations and protocols then i get to deal with the pressure and stress of deadlines which makes me work more efficient. i have a great line manager who guides me through each task and then i have a change to do it myself and receive feedback
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
A lot. Everyone either in my team or in regular teams can answer any questions i have and i don't feel in the dark. people are patient and helpful. the amount of resources relating to BIM and Revit is insane. there's always a meeting or document about any issue i ever have
