Inclusion

In our recent employee engagement survey, 89% of our people felt Buro Happold valued diversity & inclusivity in the workplace.

We recognise there is always room for improvement and are committed to becoming an even more inclusive global practice. We have bigger ambitions to go further and are already demonstrating our support to overcome the lack of gender, racial, socio-economic and LGBT+ representation in the engineering space and have created a global steering group to drive change across our business.

Sustainability

We aim to create a better world. To help achieve this we put sustainability at the heart of all our projects.

You can see this through our award-winning project, the The Tower at PNC Plaza in Pittsburgh. This project exceeds LEED Platinum criteria and the design allows 92% of the building to be lit naturally during daylight hours

Wellbeing

Wellbeing starts with our people.

Most recently we designed an effective office space in Warsaw with a focus on making our employees’ health and well-being a top priority, with the space becoming a ‘living lab’ test environment for cutting-edge office design.
