How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very structured. We have foundation meetings to ensure we are on track in our apprenticeship. We have regularly meetings with our task managers to ensure we are on track project aspects. We also have schedule calls with our university.

Attend alot of professional networking events including Microsoft, TFL, Lloyds Bank, Natwest. I also giveback by giving young students in schools the chance to develop their skillset by hosting IBMs Skills Build workshops in schools.

Why?
As a career changer with no technical experience it was the best thing I've done by accepting an offer from IBM. IBM support is literally incredible and they all encourage you to meet your own goals whilst professional goals.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Even if you have no experience, attend as many workshops, networking events and virtual training days as possible.
