I work in the preschool nursery Monday to Thursday then class on Fridays.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I don't really enjoy the program, I prefer working with the children but ive found working the hours I do and having to do my coursework is too much.

Patience. Also, determination to work hard even though im exhausted.

It's organised and well structured.
my tutor is extremely helpful with problem solving and is always one message away

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received good support from all my teachers. They are always ready to advise, assist and listen to the issues I may be having.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Other than Friday self study I do t belive we get enough support with this course. I feel most of my energy and brain power goes to working at the nursery and not much energy on the actual qualification.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand what goes on in the nursery and what behaviours of children mean. It also helps prepare me for planning and ideas for setting up activities
